Covid 19 and Your Holiday

I want you to have the very best holiday. The following page outlines the steps I have taken during these uncertain and ever changing times.

Committed to clean

I’m committed to an enhanced cleaning protocol, which has been developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality.  I have exceeded the requirements of the Good to Go scheme, so our business has confirmed that we have followed government and industry Covid-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness.

Selected and Trained Housekeeping Staff

I have employed a highly trained, EXPERIENCED professional housekeeper who uses industry standard products and follows a protocol to ensure Number 7 is prepared to the high standard that you deserve for your well-earned break.

Cleaning supplies on hand

I provide extra cleaning supplies for your use, so you can clean as you stay.

Linen

We provide clean linen and towels for your stay, but ask that you bring your own towels for use outside or at the beach.

Contactless Accessing of Number 7

Number 7 is accessed via a key lock box (all thoroughly sanitised prior to your arrival), but we’re always available on the phone if you need any support or information.

Cancellations

Please read our full terms and conditions page for more details, but we would like to reassure you that if the Government puts Number 7, or your registered address in to a ‘lockdown’ or a restriction preventing travel, then you will be fully refunded.

If any member of your party develops Covid or needs to isolate before travel, then I will be unable to refund you. I would strongly advise taking out an insurance policy that will cover Covid. I am not allowed to recommend a particular policy as I am not registered to do so.
